Coalition for Kids to Provide Child Care on RCC's Redwood Campus

Coalition for Kids is expanding its Child Care Center by opening a new site on the Rogue Community College Redwood Campus. The new site wil operate out of the same facility previously leased by the Grants Pass Family YMCA, which discontinued offering child care at RCC late last spring.

The hours of operation will be 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Child Care will begin on campus as soon as 10 children are enrolled in the program. In the meantime, children enrolled are being cared for at our child care program in the Family Resource Center in town. Applications for enrollment are now being accepted for children ages 24-months to 5-years old.

The center will be open to the community, but priority will be given to RCC students and faculty. We will also provide wrap-around care for Head Start students who attend half-day classes at the Early Childhood Education Center, also located on the Redwood Campus.
