Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center was established in 1991 to be a centralized, easily accessible location for organizations serving children and their families in Grants Pass and Josephine County. Currently home to 7 partner agencies, the Family Resource Center offers a multitude of resources under one roof to enable more effective and efficient services.

The deliberate collaboration and inclusion that occurs because of co-location creates a family-friendly environment that is welcoming and allows greater accessibility for families.

Through co-location at the Family Resource Center, Coalition for Kids is able to greatly decrease rental expenses so that our nonprofit partners can invest more in direct services. The economies of scale acheived through co-location, shared equipment, training, meeting rooms, utilities, etc. allow our partners to provide quality, convenient, and affordable services.
